What we collect and why

We collect your email address and order details to deliver keys, provide order lookup and support, process refunds, and keep transaction records. Stripe processes payment information; we do not store your card details.

When you visit a creator's link, we record a hashed IP address, user agent, referral source and visit time to measure attribution, detect abuse and calculate creator performance. A first-party cookie, gs_visit, links a visit to checkout and expires after 24 hours. Hosting and payment providers may also process network information for security. We also use a locale cookie, lasting one year, to remember your chosen language.

For creators, we store Twitch identity and profile information, stream sessions and viewer counts, contact details, country, payout details and terms acceptance to operate campaigns and calculate payouts. Sign-in uses authentication cookies. We store the language selected at checkout or profile save to send order and creator emails in that language.

Processors and sharing

We use Stripe for payments, Resend for email, Supabase for authentication and database hosting, and Render for application hosting. Relevant order details are shared with the developer as seller. Creators see attribution statistics. These providers may process data in countries outside your own.

Retention

Order and payout records are retained as needed for accounting, refunds, disputes and legal obligations. Attribution and security records are retained only as needed to operate and protect the service. Exact retention periods and a deletion schedule are pending legal review; automated deletion is not yet implemented.
