Who sells your game

The developer named on your order is the seller and merchant of record. Keycast operates the storefront and arranges digital key delivery.

Immediate digital delivery

After payment, your Steam activation key is delivered on the order page and by email. At checkout, we ask you to accept this withdrawal waiver:

I want my game key delivered immediately, and I understand that once it is delivered I lose my 14-day right of withdrawal.

Refunds and support

Refund requests are handled case by case through support: KudosNight <keys@kudosnight.com>. Include your order ID and describe the issue. These terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights.

Personal use

Keys are for your personal use and must not be resold. Activation and use of the game are also subject to Steam's and the developer's applicable terms.
